DR. ADAM CHUDZIKIEWICZ

Dr. Adam Chudzikiewicz is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic with Summa cum laude honors. While completing his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Adam also completed his Masters of Science in Nutritional Therapeutics and holds certification in Fascial Manipulation.  These areas of medicine are interwoven in the anatomy and physiology of the human body and function together in balance for well-being. Having knowledge in these areas allows for a broad diagnostic range of patient evaluation.  Prior to his doctoral education, Dr. Adam also acquired a Bachelor's of Science in Film and Video production from the University of Full Sail.

Dr. Adam has been involved with nutrition and weight loss for over 10 years. While completing his doctorate in chiropractic he also completed his master's degree in clinical nutritional therapeutics. In addition to musculoskeletal ailments that affect our overall health, nutritional deficiencies, gastrointestinal dysfunction and autoimmune conditions greatly impact our well-being. Dr. Adam utilizes the current, best available evidence for addressing these issues with nutritional therapeutic interventions that are deemed appropriate for each individual.  A key component of Dr. Adam's focus is on gut health as the majority of our immune system is located there and is crucial to our health as it is often implicated in many pathologies. Combining general lifestyle changes, low-stress physical fitness routines and dietary changes are also part of individually designed plans for his patients. These plans all follow a thorough initial physical evaluation, patient history, detailed review of current lab values and records, and ordering of additional labs if needed. Additionally, supplementing new dietary changes may often be bolstered by vitamin and mineral supplementation which can be considered based on the individual's needs. The goal is to maintain health and wellness with nutritional balance and a healthy immune system.

Outside of the office, Dr. Adam is an avid gamer and PC (personal computer) enthusiast. He also plays the piano and guitar and has been doing so for decades. He has a wife of 10 years, Carrie, and a daughter. As well, a little Frenchton named Storm who is 8.

Dr. Adam's approach to all healthcare is to utilize the current and best available evidence in his practice while focusing on patient values and providing information and education to all of his patients.
